Céad Míle Fáilte/Welcome

Mullaghbuoy NS is a small primary school situated in a quiet valley of the Cooley mountains, just north of Dundalk, Co. Louth.
We are a co-educational school under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Armagh. The school aims to promote the full and harmonious development of all pupils: cognitive, intellectual, physical, cultural, moral and spiritual, including a living relationship with God and other people and promotes a Christian philosophy of life.

There are currently four full time teachers, including the Principal and Special Education Teacher. The school caters for the full range of classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Pupils at Mullaghbuoy have access to amenities such as our school garden, football pitch, climbing frame & play area while also engaging in digital learning via up to date devices such as interactive whiteboards, tablets and chromebooks.
